If you have a booking
We do not take bookings, so we cannot see, change, cancel or refund your trip. Please contact:
- Viator, if you booked on viator.com: use the help or contact link in your Viator confirmation email.
- GetYourGuide, if you booked on getyourguide.com: use the support link in your GetYourGuide confirmation email.
- The tour operator, for the meeting point on the day, check-in times, weather calls or what to bring. Their contact details are on your voucher.
- The hotel booking site you used, for a hotel reservation made through one of our Stay22 links.
Before you go
Meeting points and harbor access on Maui can change during the season, so check your voucher the day before. For Lahaina Harbor access, the County of Maui keeps current information on MauiRecovers.org.
